BancPro & Associates was formed in 1996. Each member of the team has over 30 years of financial institution experience, primarily in the accounting/finance area but also loan and deposit operations.

Our principal is Daniel Olejnik, CPA

Daniel Olejnik has been working in banks and credit unions for almost 40 years. He held the position of Controller, CFO and EVP of Administration during his tenure at Barnett Bank in Florida and Georgia. In 1993, he was hired as the COO to assist a failing savings and loan in Dalton, GA. A successful turnaround to profitability led to the bank being sold to Regions in 1996. Since that time, Mr. Olejnik has been the owner and president of the company. His areas of expertise include:

Mr. Olejnik also teaches various technology and banking classes from IRA's to management level subjects. He is a third party installer and trainer for the Prologue financial suite and Vantage budget package from Fiserv (IPS-Sendero). He has been on the faculty of the AIB and state banking groups nationwide.

Over the last five years, several troubled banks have looked to his expertise in managing through a consent order in the role of temporary CFO.

Mr. Olejnik has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and holds an MBA. He has been a CPA since 1979 and is a member of various professional accounting societies as well as banking trade groups.
