One of our specialties is helping banks and credit unions that are under a consent order with their regulator. Our principal, Daniel Olejnik, has been vetted by the OCC to manage a troubled bank. Many times the Board needs expert guidance in how to work through the order, provide timely updates and manage the relationship with the regulators.
